Facing your fear and living your dream... Take it from an astronaut that took his fear and dream so far up that he could see the earth from underneath him.

11 days ago you may have decided what you wanted your resolutions for 2016 to be. You made a promise to yourself you would…what? Exercise. Eat healthier. Work harder in your relationship or start a new one. Spend more time with family and friends. Travel to new places. Manage your finances better. Make more time for you…? Today, I want you to take those promises whether you have kept them or not and make a new promise to yourself. Figure out what you need to let go of so that you can move forward. This week is all about letting go. Put pen to paper and answer this question: “My true body. My true soul. My true self is…what? Connected, Spiritual, Energetic, Affectionate, Peaceful, Bold…? You find your own words. Then think about what you have to let go of to be your true self.
