Clear your mind a quick breath is all it takes... Inspired by Eckhart Tolle while being interviewed by Oprah his philosophy about the breath when you "breath in" and when you "breath out" and breath out there is no thought.

"Shutdown with Intention" (Video 38) (8:28min)

YouTube Link: http://youtu.be/13Rpc5TepFY

Here I am talking about an intention from President Barack Obama that created an action from his values for his intention to getting the reaction from his country to a circumstance that caused a political shutdown in the United States. ( Note not talking about my political stance that is a personal opinion & a hot button issue ) I am talking about the action and the reaction that we are seeing, feeling and reading in our newspapers to our news media to your community around you talking about this type of intention. Also the circumstance that just played out around the Untied Sates of America.

What a perfect way to see someone's intention playing full out!

What is you intention?

Strong will you lead & support your intention through your values?

Are you ready to stand in front of your intention like the president no mater the circumstances ?... Is the fear? ...and if so why?

I would love to here from you...

Lets start a dialog that we can share as students and lets create the action get the reaction from all of you!

Levels of Leadership: From (1) being the lowest to (5) being the highest: A full developed leader will embody all 5 levels.

1) Highly Capable Individual 2) Contributing Team Manager 3) Competent Manager
4) Effective Leader 5) High Performance Leader ( A full developed leader will embody all 5 levels.)

Leadership can be thought of the development of life and intention. Most leaders are stuck in a stage of leadership or skipped over a stage of leadership. Once you know where you are at in your stage of development and you know what the next stage is then you can take the necessary actions to get there.

Where are you in your intention with these levels?

I would love to here from you...

Here I talk about gravity pulling us down while we go up into outer space and our feelings and from being pulled down to then feel the ease of achieving from being in outer space against all odd's or even the law of physics.

What does this say to you...

What are you doing to create and feel you lifting your intention off the ground? Is it feeling of ease? Or frustration or discomfort and if it is ....Why?

What is pulling you down?

What are you feeling right now and how much you want that you cannot have and why?

Anything is possible when you come from a strong sense of intention....

I would love to here from you...

Lets start a dialog that we can share as students and lets create the action get the reaction from all of you!
