Aloha Everyone,  This class on this video follows the intention class series following with classes 5 & 6 "Glass Half Full" & Fill Up That Cup" to now "Productivity" class. The start of these classes are all prerecorded  to this video.

What I have been aware of in what everyone has bean sharing with me how the class can take on it's own direction with what the original course was intended to be, now it is shifting to a new direction with all the viewers comments so with that said after this pre-recorded video I will be taping my videos once a week fresh as well as my homework Check-in video's that are taped fresh once a week as well.

As I feel with the shareing & the overwhelming  response from all of you that this feels right as a coach to be on track for what the viewer's (Yes you) would like and our intention classes can thrive all year fresh once a week for the rest of this year.
As a coach our mission is to guide people to there direction of where they wont to go and to recognize the shift in there direction to help support them in there mission as well as in there life and career.
 
With this class I feel a shift already with my viewers and so the content can shift as well in a class. This is why I love it when we share at the bottom of this video in any of the links provided or just to comment in the suggestion box below this video that you are viewing right now or sharing with your friends and co-workers or family.

Now that we have a class going and it is already shifting in the way I am presenting these videos lets start sharing as students and lets all have that incite and shift together as a class. Check in Homework intention class Fill that cup

"Fill that cup up!" Class, Value%Productivity Homework Quick check in,

In this 9Min quick video I am checking in with my students and you (yes you) on how is it all going for you with setting your intentions to get the actions to get to your volume of the intention you just set meaning are you filling up your cup of life and your intention or is it still dry or if there are circumstances that are coming your way to not get you to you filling up that cup and if so what are you doing to acknowledge those circumstances to stay on your true pursuit of your intention that you have set in place so you do not peter out or keep that cup dry.

I also talk about what are your values to create the support and volume to your intention and why values are so important and that you and your values = volume to fill that cup up out of the circumstances that can come your way the action to the reaction. Action is the intention by puting it out there thew conversation or just righting it down in a journal to telling people about it instead of just keeping it a thought in your head.

 To get the reaction as a circumstance good or bad and reaction to your intention and how to learn or shift from a negative reaction to change to a positive action.

Also I talk about "Shanto-shema" a Japanese analogy of Obstacles before greatness that can come your way so to achieve greatness to learn from your obsticals or circumstance.

"Fill that cup up!" Intention Class 7min (Video 7) Class 6

"Fill Up That cup" When we fill up our cup we are once again creating volume we expand into our consciousness on what we wont from life and the intentions we set to get there out of our passion & to fill up our life in a productive way, what ever that is for you.

If the core passion of any task amounts to zero then your total productivity is zero. The glass is empty and so is your intention. If you miss that the point of your life is being balanced, then your ultimate productivity will be zero. No matter how hard you work and how well you attempt to optimize all the other factors to fill that cup, it still will be zero. This is why it's so important to discover your purpose for your intention and balance and for your maximum productivity to your life with intention and to set the action to filling up that cup and to be aware of the action & reaction that it is causing to fill up that cup.

The only truly productive task you can perform, before you know your purpose for your intention, is to work to discover what that purpose is and the volume you can create to fill that cup and not run on empty or zero productivity and just spinning your wheels.

Now how full is your cup?

8Min video 6 class 5 "Glass Half Full" in our Intention series.

Productivity to your intentions is a measure of the efficiency. So we need to know how do you measure your life? When you know your measure in life then you can see how efficient you really are in life.

I gave myself 80% for value and 60 hours of time not fulfilling my value so putting that into the equation 80 divided by 60 = 75. If i put a percentage to that, it is telling me that I am 75% productive.

Now we have numbers to apply into our equation so that we can see how just how productive we are or not.

So let me explain why I did this, this way. For example if you are at work 8 hrs a day and you hate your work or feel like it just isn't fulling then you are spending 8 hours a day not supporting your value. If you work 5 days a week that is 40 hours a week. if you are doing other activities that don't support the passion or value of your life then you want to add those as well. Now you may have to take a guess here on the amount of time you spend not increasing or filling up your value cup. So go ahead and put an amount of time you feel you spend not fulfilling your value and let's base it on one week. So, is it 80 hours a week you spend on things that don't fill your value cup? Is it 100 hours a week, 50 hour a week how much would you say?

Now we have numbers to apply into our equation so that we can see just how productive we really are or not. Just like the equation I gave my self above.

True productivity is far more than value divided by time. If you neglect this importance, you doom yourself to the pursuit of spinning your wheels faster and faster and faster and missing the whole point of life.

If the core passion of any task amounts to zero, then your total productivity is zero. If you miss that the point of your life is in being balanced, then your ultimate productivity will be zero. No matter how hard you work for that intention and how well you attempt to optimize all the other factors, it still will be zero. This is why it's so important to discover your purpose, your balance and your maximum productivity to your intention. It doesn't matter how long it takes.

the only truly productive task you can perform, before you know your purpose, is to work to discover what that purpose is and the volume your intention that you can create.

Class 4 of "Intention with Volume = You" Check-in Homework assignment.

 Volume = You, Class 4 of "Intention with Volume = You" Check-in Homework assignment.

Just my Video Check-In for Homework for my Class 4 (video 5) My next class will be posted "coming soon" this Thursday!


In this class to start with volume that starts with your values. Lets start with the definition of Volume : The combined volume of two substances which is usually greater than one."

So the two substance we are combining are: 1) YOU, all of you... Your mind, your body, and you spirit (what ever that is for you) and 2) YOUR VALUES, Values by definition are things that are important to you. they are really the guiding principles.

Having these 2 substances creates your passion in life that will drive you to fulfill your intention to your full productivity.

When we can figure out what that volume of you = your values = your passion for the productivity to your action you set for your intentions it is like fuel in your car.

Think about it if you aren't passionate about something then how productive are you? Where is that road really going to take you? Most likely not where you wont to go. Really volume is like the road that will get you to where you want to go.

So the volume again would be your road and what makes up your road is combining the substance of you and your values will = your passion. Passion will drive your productivity in the action of your intention that you have set.

Homework Check-in for Class 3 part 2 of "Intention with Circumstances"

Aloha Everyone,  Just Checking in on your homework here is a quote that I use in this video from George Barnard Shaw:

"People are always blaming circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they wont and if they can't find them make them"
What does that say to you?

I have ask all my students to carry a journal with them to recognize and be fully aware of your circumstances and to just jot down negative or positive circumstances around them and why.
