The "Santo-Shema effect" a Japanese word for "obstacles that come your way before greatness" meaning our circumstance can come your way threw our intention that we set before they are met but it is only bringing you closer to your intention of the goal you are placing threw vulnerability that is your strength of innovation creativity and change with in your intention that you have placed before you.

What is your obstacle, your brick wall your tsunami (big wave) that comes before you?

What Stops you and how do you feel about that?

Wright about your vulnerability and how you feel and why then see the power in what you wright that may stop you ...Then recognize that and see how you can move on and get rid of those blocks threw the power of your vulnerability.

"Vulnerability is not weakness. And that myth is profoundly dangerous. Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation creativity and change" quote from: Brene Brown
