Aloha Everyone,I was just talking to one of my fellow life coaches and we were talking about when you get upset and you are in contrast to what you are upset about and you do not agree in this situation that has come up for you we as coaches call this "you sitting in your stuff" or are you sitting on your truth?
Meaning...your truth is all about what your core values are to you and what you would like out of life or a situation and it is just enough of a bump like a bump in the road to have you slow down and realise and see what you do not wont and to let you know you are veering off this road to see where you truth is for you.
When you see, speak, or feel your truth it does not matter what anyone ells thinks or reacts to your truth because it is your truth "for you" it is what is your core value.
Your truth will keep you on the road and still steer you in the right direction for what ever that is for you.
So when something for you comes up that is totally against your core value to your truth comes up for you just take the time to just Sit and feel or to sit and feel your truth of what ever that is for you.
