Aloha Everyone, Our class is a little bit longer today because we have allot to cover about our behavior when it relates to our balance in our life, work & play..when folowing our new intention our our intention we have already been working on when taking that action.
So the next few video's for class 11 & Class12 & Class13 will be a little bet longer from 14 min to 16 min. long but I felt I need to really drive home the point of what our intentions for our goals lay and how it can affect our daily life but to go about this intention with ease and not des-ease when it comes to our behavior.
I will use many examples and comments from all of you on how your intention is working with you.
So since we are talking about our behavior in relationship to balance there are 3 areas in witch to give to yourself and others:
1) Physical : Gifts. tokens, breathing, feeling.
2) Mental : The ticking clock in your head the constant chatter you are telling your self from happy thoughts to others and your self tools language that you keep telling your self to stay in balance with your life and to give it direction.
3) Emotional : To releasing of anger, old patterns you have set up for your self to fail to being aware of everyday occurrences and taking the situations that come up foe you with more ease than frustration.
We will foucas in on what that is all about in relationship to our intention.
We cant do these things in actual terms so what we are trying to balance is only an illusion of our imagination. This balance we seek doesn't exist.
