On This 16:47 min video this video is allot longer then most of my videos becouse we are talking about behavior and takes more time to cover the subject of where our behavior can take us and how to find the ease.I am going more into the Behavior of trying to get balance then I will go into how to create that ease with balance and how even here on Maui Hawaii we can create balance and I will be talking about the Ebb & Flow of how we foucas on the Action to the reaction and how to ride that wave and to know how to take that wave with ease and skill.
