"All about Intention" Our 2 video for our 1st Class for our New Year Class Series

Aloha Everyone,  Here is our 2 video On "All about Intention" Our first start to our new class I suggest to have a pen and paper or start a notebook or journal and lets get started...

This 6min video is all about setting your intention for the new year or with just learning how to create a new intention and to create a foundation to that intention with our values to get a reaction to that action you set in place.

What is your intention?

How do you place that intention to fit into to your everyday life style?

Our values is what will support us to setting that intention to see it threw to what we wont to achieve out of that intention. This is video 2 of a free gift series of videos for the new year or if you just wont to See a new intention and to see it threw fully,  enjoy with "intention" ....I will be loading the next video to follow this one by next Thursday I will be loading these videos once a week for a full year! That is my intention~
