ALOHA Everyone, Just checking in with all of you about my class "All About Intention" For your New Year... I would love to hear from you if you have any questions so far on the class or if you are just tapping into this 3min. Video what you are looking for in taking this class.
When I start a new class or just check in with my students or a new coaching client I usually start in by saying "Why are we here today" what are you expecting to receive out of this class. it is like checking in as a coach or teacher to see what you are needing and what got you to check in to the video.
So my three Questions to you are:
1) What are you looking for out of this video class?
2) What is your first intention you wont to set and start out with?
3) What can I do to support you in that intention?

I will be posting these videos once a week for an entire year on Thursday's....I will also do check-ins in the middle of the week to ask questions or to reply to your comments from down below.
