This 7 min. Free Gift Video 3 (Class 2 part 1) Intention with Circumstances.... Have a piece of paper & pen or pencil with you or a notebook or your journal... I am talking to you about how when we set the intention how we can recognize our circumstances that take place out of our intention that can take place be it good or bad or why when we are going for our goal in life that we hit a block or not going the right way after taking that action and how we can recognize that circumstance and use a negative situation and make it a positive. So we can now from what we do not wont into what we do wont and how we can see even more of what we do wont instead of what we do not wont.
I have a quote here from George Barnard Shaw:
"People are always blaming circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they wont and if they can't find them make them"

Ok I had no intention of making a resolution for fear of failure, but I see myself really getting out of control even tho my health depends on it. my Doc tells me I need to get it together and get control of my eating habits or I will be right back to bring diabetic. I keep thinking well it's winter so that's my excuse for not exercising. I have not gone out dancing since my last vaca.Some how I am losing myself.As for my circumstances I'm not sure, I do have allot on my plate but I no I am smart enough to know that I need to continue my path.

ReplyDeleteYou are so right, what comes up for me is a quote that is reminded to me as well.."What we resist will persist" I to deal with the diet & eating habits out of stress or just not wanting to follow a diet or a way of eating or exercise.
This is an inward battle and out of this comes the circumstances of the action that we take be it negative or positive for us.
I recommend to keep a journal with you this week as part of your Homework. If you know the outcome of this circumstance but still something comes up that makes you not wont to exercise or follow an eating program..what is your inner thought saying to you be it Negative or Positive, what comes up for you..Right it down even if it is just one word or if it is visual explain what you saw in that moment that keeps you from staying with that positive action of your intention.
Carrie this journal with you all day and just jot down any thing when it comes to thought of exercise , stress, an everyday situation to a circumstance good or bad.
We can share next week about your intention and see how we can shift that feeling you have with diet,it will alway's be there but when we acknowledge and see and be aware of what stops us it is like "Falling forward" you can then move forward from accepting and acknowledging what keeps you back. From just what you start righting in your journal.
